C21 sharing check

1. Name the exact output file that will be shared.
2. Record the format and the metadata fields that were checked.
3. Mark detected, absent within the checked scope, or not inspected/unreadable.
4. Recheck the output file after any conversion or export.
5. Review visible text, QR codes, faces and other image content separately.
6. Do not turn an empty result into a complete privacy or legal guarantee.
