For ID `001` / `price`, base is `100`, review is `110`, and latest is `105`. The review owner confirmed `110`, so the merged file keeps `110`. The latest `stock` change to `8` is retained because it is a different cell.

The three source files remain unchanged. Delete-vs-edit, duplicate IDs, empty cells, and add-vs-add are unresolved and are not silently merged.
