PDF page selection / delivery handoff

Select required pages from PDFs and verify delivery order

Select only the required pages, record original PDF page numbers and exclusion reasons, then verify the final delivery order.

Separate three states

A verified selection does not mean that excluded or unknown pages were safe to ignore. Keep each reason visible.

Select from three synthetic PDFs

Select A-2, B-1 and C-3 in delivery order. A-1 is a cover, B-2 is a duplicate and C-4 is an unknown boundary. No real document is used.

Follow this order

  1. Fix the required pages and delivery order.
  2. Record each original PDF page number in the selection sheet.
  3. Keep exclusion reasons for covers, duplicates and out-of-scope pages.
  4. Do not include an unknown or unreadable page until it is inspected.
  5. Use the existing tool for the local handoff, then recheck page count and order.

This guide and its fixtures are static files. No real PDF, input or selection result is sent or stored externally.

What this does not guarantee

Verified means that the synthetic selection table matches. It does not guarantee every destination rule, PDF property or the contents of an unknown page.
