Create a revised asset handoff from a manifest. Compare a previous and current manifest locally, then create changed-only manifest, explanation, and receiver-checklist files. Nothing is uploaded, transferred as a ZIP, or stored externally.
Compare current and previous manifests Fixed format: path,kind,checksum,revision. Use a 64-character lowercase SHA-256-style checksum and a unique path in each manifest.
Synthetic fixture hero is changed, logo is unchanged, diagram is removed, and hero-mobile is added.
