Before distribution, check that one campaign identifier survives in the URL, QR handoff, and distribution sheet. Alignment is preparation evidence, not proof of analytics receipt or results.
Creating a URL and proving that a handoff can be reconciled are different jobs. This static fixture checks only identifier and UTM agreement.

Match one campaign identifier
Use spring-2026 as the example. Match utm_campaign in the UTM URL, the QR payload and the distribution label. Any drift is a mismatch.
utm_campaign=spring-2026 QR → spring-2026 Sheet → spring-2026
Prepared alignment example.
URL → spring-2026 QR → spring-2025 Sheet → ?
Identifier drift is mismatch or unknown.
Before distribution
Choose the campaign identifier and the three required UTM values.
Build the UTM URL and confirm that its query is preserved.
Pass the same URL or payload to the QR handoff and write the same identifier in the sheet.
Compare URL, QR and label; rebuild any mismatch.
Remember that ready is not analytics proof; check GA4/GSC after publication separately.
This guide and its fixtures are static files. They do not send or store input, QR data or distribution sheets.
What this does not guarantee
Ready means that the declared identifier and core UTM values agree in three synthetic materials. It does not guarantee GA4 or GSC receipt, traffic, attribution, conversion or destination availability.
