Privacy boundary

Reading, drawing, PNG regeneration, and rechecking happen in the browser; there is no upload.
The output PNG is decoded again and its dimensions checked before the save link is enabled.
Redaction uses opaque rectangles. There is no blur, mosaic, transparency, or automatic PII detection.
Inspect off-screen areas and other layers yourself before saving.

The source remains separate. Keep the original file for important images and check the published copy too.
