60-minute workshop rundown: timer, facilitator script, and a five-minute delay
Align the schedule and timer from the same stage IDs, separate the participant agenda from facilitator-only notes, and keep rehearsal separate from the live run.
This synthetic Asia/Tokyo example totals 300 + 1200 + 300 + 1200 + 600 = 3600 seconds.

Separate the participant agenda and facilitator notes
Keep only times and stages in the participant agenda. Put facilitation decisions in a separate local file. Importing the kit does not auto-start a timer.
public agenda: stage / start / end / duration facilitator note: separate local file import: does not auto-start
Rehearse in 30 seconds before starting
The rehearsal has five stages at six seconds each. It totals 30 seconds and is not a live workshop record.
At 13:35, if sharing and Q&A have not started, use 15 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Q&A. The remainder is 900 + 600 = 1500 seconds and still ends at 14:00.
Scope of this kit
All data is synthetic. It does not guarantee workshop success, learning effects, participant evaluation, billing, payroll, contract, or labor outcomes.
