The offset uses whole milliseconds. Starts below zero are clamped to zero; invalid end boundaries cannot be saved.
Files over 2 MiB or 10,000 cues are rejected. Video, audio, ASR, and translation are not supported.

Check timing and text before saving, and keep the original file separately.
